What credit card companies give you a credit card with bad credit?

Ultimate Guitar Hero! asked:


I have terrible credit!! The only card that I am able to sign up for is a pre-pay card where I basically borrow my own money. I need to establish good credit somehow any suggestions?

   I am in that position. Orchard Bank affiliate of Household bank would, but their credit limits are pretty small.
