		<description>you are right when you said that when one is building his credit, he has to start somewhere. there are credit cards that offer deals for people with bad or no credit, may it be secured or unsecured... try to check out the rates and fees of different credit cards, decide which one is right for you. now if you, or in this case your friend has decided on one, try to make the payments on time, do not max out the credit limit, less than 50% of the credit limit should be good enough, build a good credit history,  the longer you have a good credit standing the better, do not migrate from one card to another. good luck!</description>
