What is a good credit card to get with average credit?
Mcl asked:
I know there is a whole bunch of crappy credit cards I can get but I want a decent one like ( Discover, Citibank,Visa,MasterCard) but I only have average credit which is not great but it isnt poor so I just want to know which one can I apply for and MOST LIKELY get approved for? Would I be able to get a exxon mobile card with average credit? I dont want to get denied keep that in mind…Credit score is about 635.

Salute Visa is made for people with less than perfect credit. Your balance will start out at around 150 and increase 30 dollars each month as long as you pay the 30 minimal payment, thus building your credit even faster than most cards.
You can get pre-approved online at:

with a credit score of 635 you should be able to get approve for a reward card, check out under reward cards these cards give you points, cash back or miles when you use them.

I found the Visa Black Diamond credit card awhile back when I was looking for a good credit card that would accept me because I just had fair credit at that time. I think its a good card because I got approved fast and it also gave me a high credit limit. Also their are no hidden fees which is a definate plus. I came across it on this website:

With a credit score around 635 you should have no problem getting a real mastercard from Next Millenium Mastercard. They supposedly approve most people and provide up to $5,000 credit limit. Just confirm their interest rate to make sure it is competitive still.

I would start out with a gas credit card. PLEASE do not get a retail credit card. They have the worst interest rates and charge the highest fees.
