I have used this card to repair my credit. I started off with $500 limit, after 6 months of good payment they automatic increased to $5,000. and on the 11th months of I having the card, I called them up and ask them to remove the annul fee for me. since I paid all my bill on time, they were happy to remove the fee for me to keep me as a good customer with them. after a year of good credit building I got a CIBC Visa and started off with $5,000 limit and after 6 months, they increased to $15,000 for me. now with continues good payments my credit rating is great! here is the link to the Capital One Credit Card site.
